Oh my...

Well, firstly Chapter 9 of With Regret is in the works, so shouldn't be too long until it's posted :)

Damaged Goods needs to be completed before I can re-publish it onto Smashwords, but I'm debating on retracting it completely off its blog site etc and revamping the whole thing before posting it, instead of posting it chapter by chapter? I'll let you know what I decide to do with that.

I am also working on another story, and so I may put some details up of this on this website soon under 'my work' so check back for updates :)

Well due to a BIG distraction I'm falling behind on my NaNo word count...but hopefully will catch up!!

1.     What is the working title of your book? 

With Regret

2.       Where did the idea come from for the book?

I’m not too sure haha I think I literally just thought to myself ‘I’ll write a story about a broken relationship’ and it went from there!

3. What genre does your book fall under?

Gay Fiction/Drama/Romance…?

4. Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?

Well I’m not sure about the current supporting characters, but for the main two (Phil and Jacob) it would probably be:

Phil: Ryan Reynolds, though an older version of him??

Jacob: Jack Ryder

5. What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?

It’s currently ‘Phil likes to live dangerously...but at what cost?’

But I need to change it, maybe to something like 'Phil throws his partners life into turmoil, and is willing to do anything to repair the damage he's done.' 

Synopsis's aren't my strong point...

6. Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?

Most likely self-published, unless I can actually get an agency to represent it!

7. How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?

Only a couple of months, if that, but I’ve only done a draft up to Chapter 7, I’m due to do some planning for the upcoming chapters after NaNo is finished…

8. What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?

I have no idea to be honest

9. Who or What inspired you to write this book?

Probably my other half, in the sense he encourages me to write, as he knows I enjoy to.

10. What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?

It has some intriguing twists, and a lot of emotion!

NaNoWriMo

Well the next chapter of Damaged Goods will be slightly delayed as I'm attempting this years NaNoWriMo!

I think I want the next chapter of DG to be the finale...I feel it's dragging, getting repetitive and is in need of a seriously good edit! So when I've written the finale I may go back and make changes to the story
(should really have done it BEFORE posting it all...sorry!)

With Regret Chapter 7 is nearly finished so should be able to get that posted in the next week!

And then the rest of the month will be focused on my story for NaNoWriMo!

not finished 'crying in the secrets' as its loooong!! but got chapter one of another story i'm writing 'with regret' which i will upload soon :)
I do enjoy writing....shame i'm not very good at it :)

I am almost half way through 'crying through the secrets' as I think I am going to make an unexpected turn in the story....hmmmmm

...is possibly going to be the title for my most recent story....which I am still working on!
